Cannot log into the MSQL Server

Is there a clear tutorial that I can follow to correct the error message #1045 cannot log into the MySQL server. Thanks!

Well, I spoke too soon! Almost resolved.

In phpMyAdmin I am getting the following message: " the configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret). I entered the password for blowfish in the line $cfg['blowfish_secret']='boo';

What must happen in phpMyAdmin to make the password for blowfish work?

i thnk the blowfish key needs to be longer smiling smiley about 10 letters

its a salting code to encrypt the http request when you log in - has notihing to do with your actual mysql password
