Installing Wamp on Ceedo, getting 000F15A0: The directory is invalid

Hey Wamp Community,
Right now I'm currently trying to find a solution with developing locally on a computer, but being able to port the computing environment of my home computer. I've recently found the program Ceedo, which is a powerful program that runs like a virtual machine environment. I had success in installing off the browsers I normally use, Filezilla, Git, but Wamp gives me this error:
Exception exception in module wampmanager.exe at 000F15A0.
Could not execute run action:
The directory name is invalid.
Any suggestions or ideas?
