Hi Niraj,
You do not need to download Microsoft Visual C++. All you need to do is install the MSVC RUNTIME libraries that code compiled with the Microsoft Visual C++ compile uses at runtime.
Read this post again Missing MSVCR100.DLL or MSVCR110.DLL SOLUTION
Make sure you have all the runtime libraries mentioned in this post.
