Half yellow icon - what is using port 80?

There must be a number of reasons why wamp won't start and show a half yellow icon. In my case, it's not Skype - double checked that.

Is it a port 80 problem and how do I find out? The only change on my system since yesterday (when wamp was working) is the installation of some of Adobe's CS5 products.

The index page does load, but I can't get any further.

Can I get some help here please?

I have installed CurrPorts and it only shows Apache (httpd.exe) to be using port 80. So what's the problem, why won't it start?

yellow color mean either apache or mysql is not working; you can go through wamp tray icon and check on its service and which show start service mean it's working

OK, here's the Apache Error Log for the last Wamp start:

[Mon Sep 27 18:44:22 2010] [notice] Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) PHP/5.3.0 configured -- resuming normal operations
[Mon Sep 27 18:44:22 2010] [notice] Server built: Dec 10 2008 00:10:06

[Mon Sep 27 18:44:22 2010] [notice] Child 2664: Acquired the start mutex.
[Mon Sep 27 18:44:22 2010] [notice] Child 2664: Starting 64 worker threads.

[Mon Sep 27 18:47:25 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: F:/wamp/www/favicon.ico

And that's the Apache Access Log:

127.0.0.1 - - [27/Sep/2010:18:46:25 +0300] "GET /phpmyadmin/ HTTP/1.1" 200 -
127.0.0.1 - - [27/Sep/2010:18:47:25 +0300] "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 209

What's the big deal with the favicon?

PhpMyAdmin won't start so maybe the problem lies in MySQL? How do I deal with it?

EDIT: Here's the MySQL log. It does show some errors but how do I fix them?
