Can't upload files

When I try to upload files to the web server, the $_FILES array is empty. I have configured uploads in PHP.ini, and I have copied PHP.ini from my PHP folder to the Apache bin folder.

I am running on Windows 7. What do I need to do to get file uploads to work?

why did u do that with the php.ini?

wampserver does all that for you.. go and delete the php.ini you moved..


left click wamp> php> php.ini

wamp will look after loading it
