I don't want it to run live, just over my intranet.
The wampserver doesn't seem to want to come online.
I think it is the wampapache service

I have the exact same problem, but it has only arisen recently. I've been running WAMP on Windows Server 2008 R2 with very few problems until this week.

After a recent restart (to remove an unused HDD), WAMP will only go to 2/3 yellow. I've checked my port usage with netstat and nothing is using port 80.

The problem appears to be with Apache - MySQL is running fine. I can get Apache to start manually via command line, and all my pages (PHP and HTML alike) load just fine, but Apache crashes out pretty frequently, with Windows logs pointing to a problem with php5ts.dll.

This is driving me bonkers. Please help!

In case it helps, here's the text from my most recent crash log:

I'm having the same problem. My WAMP Server on 2008 R2 server is now starting to crash.
