Apache won't start when SSLEngine On

I've followed the steps to enable openssl and wamp on Windows. I've generated a CSR, got the certificate issued from Go Daddy, and put the certificate and keys in an ssl folder on the server. I edited the openssl.cmf, httpd.conf, and http-ssl.conf files. Apache will only start if I comment out the SSLEngine On line in the http-ssl.conf file. I don't get any errors when Apache won't start. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Thanks, but I did follow the instructions. I went all the way through it, and Apache will not start. The only way I was able to get apache to start was by commenting the SSLEngine On line in the http-ssl.conf file.

SSL host file? Can you point me in the right direction for that, or do you have a file name? I've checked the SSL, itself, and it loads into Windows OK.
