Apache crashes if pgsql php module is loaded

If I load the php_pgsql.dll or php_pdo_pgsql.dll php modules in the php.ini or through the tray menu, apache crashes.

using php from the command line on it's own works fine. Seems to only crash as an apache module.
Same symptoms under XP and Windows 7-64

This can be resolved by copying libpq.dll into the apache bin dir.
