Apache Error enabling php_mssql.dll - httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?

Hello!
When I try to enable mssql on php 5.211 addon for WAMP 2.1 with built in PHP 3.0. I get the following error:
"[warn] pid file D:/wamp/bin/apache/Apache2.2.11/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?"
When I disable mssql extension Apache works fine.
I researched and I tried copying ntwdblib.dll file to system32 and ext folder but it did not work either.
I tried a lot on this but cannot find a solution i was able to fix this before but I reinstalled the OS and forgot how i did it before.
Please, give me a solution soon ASAP possible as I need this for a project.
