Unable to open WampServer's config file

I am trying to upload a Joomla! website from Wamperver on my computer to an external server. When I try to open the site, I get the error message "Unable to open WampServer's config file, please change path in index.php file". Where can I find this path, and what should I change it to? Any suggestions are most appreciated!

What files are you copying? You should only be copying the files required by your Joomla site.

I am trying to configure Drupal with WAMP server through local host. When I type [localhost]
I got the following text:

Unable to open WampServer's config file, please change path in index.php file.

Please help me how I would be able to solve the issues to run drupal in local host.
My laptop is windows-7 ultimate 32 bit.
