Wamp online, but PHP not running

I'm running wamp 2 and it seems to be fine. . .it says it's online when opened. But when I try to finish the install for a Wordpress site, I get an error message that says:

Error: PHP is not running
WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.

I've tried 'start all services' and 'restart all services'--didn't help.

I'm running under Win Vista and using Firefox. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
