how to set up the password wamp server version 2

I have tried to change the password settings on the wamp server veersion 2
#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
I have looked inside the folder config.inc.php folder . were i have seen on tutorials the password is located in this folder.
However i cant find the password also the folder contents are not the same. I wondered am i in the correct folder as i cant find how to set up the password.
this how the tutorials folder config.inc.php i think the folder inc.php has changed since version 2.
