localhost does not open

When clicking on "localhost" I receive the following:

localhost with no page association

or

us.data.toolbar.yahoo.com/bh/v3/epa/?.sc=sunm&.tc=&.intl=us&.cv=2.1.3.20100310105313&url=http%3A//localhost/&error=404

I run firefox or Internet Explorer, I type localhost, I press "ENTER" in order to create a data base but no help.
What can i do?

Try clicking on the WAMP icon in the system tray and clicking on PUT ONLINE
