I am running WAMP Server on Windows. How do I chmod a file to have 777 permissions?

win does NOT have cmod so you can only use file/folder property

My experience is It will behave as if you have given it full permissions (777), but it won't change permissions (from php).
The only danger is getting too relaxed and forgetting to use correct permissions when you try the same script(s) on a linux/Unix server online.
