Copying WAMP folder from one PC to another PC

I have the same Version of WAMP installed on two different machines - a desktop and a laptop. If I create/modify a MySQL database on the desktop, will those changes be moved to the laptop if I copy the desktop WAMP folder to the laptop WAMP folder?
