Wamp - Windows Admin / Non Admin Accounts

I have an instance of WAMP where I need to be able to automated the process of installing it to a computer with strict User Account controls. I can install it under admin and run it no problem, but if I log off and log in on a non admin account, there is no possible way to run it. Is there any work around that anyone knows of? If I run in on the non admin account, the wamp menu still shows up, but the server won't start. Perhaps its an issue with port 80 and if it is? How do I allow it? I'd greatly appreciate any and all help.

Thanks,
Thomas

WAMP cannot be run under a non-admin user due to the fact Windows requires administrator privileges to be able to start/stop services.

yes there is a way...

start > run > services.msc

goto

wampapache
wampmysqld

right click each

properties> log on(tab)

fill in admin user and password... and if u want set the service to automatic,,

this way wamp doesnt need to be running for the server to work
