downloads but won't run

Hi, when using both firefox & Internet Expl 7, I'm able to download wampserver but when attempt to run I get the following message: This application failed to start because OCI.dll (and php_mbstring) was not found. Re-insalling the application may fix this problem.

Any ideas? Julie

Tried this new installer, still same blocks after extracting files and attempting to run. I can't get passed this one.

Any idea what may be happening? Julie

most likely your firewall/antivirus block wamp, so either disable or completely uninstall your firewall/antivirus then after installed wamp, enable or reinstall firewall/antivirus
