Installing ionCube Loaders on WampServer 2.0i for Windows 7

Hello,,

I am having a bit trouble trying to install the ionCube Loaders on my WampServer 2.0i. I used to use XAMPP for awhile and loved it, and had no trouble installing it on that back in the day on Windows XP. But for WampServer on Windows 7, the ionCube Loaders don't seem to be installing at all. Could anyone give me a hand here on how to do this please?
