Cant do anything with WAMP server after reinstall

Hi,
I have installed WAMP server on my computer again but when it is started, I get messages saying that CLI has encountered a problem and must close, and then the same for the Apache HTTP server. The WAMP server icon then appears in the bar at the bottom, but it is yellow and has a lock on it so I can't left/right click on it. How do I fix this?
When I hover over the icon it says : 'WAMP5 - 1 of 2 services running - server offline'

Fixed the problem myself after playing with it...turns out it was because I installed php 5.3.1 and it was conflicting with the wamp server install. Got rid of this and installed wamp again and all good now
