localhost page doesn't load...

I am a total newbie. I have read previous posts the same problems here. My problem is I installed Wampserver as part of a Dreamweaver tutorial and Wampserver doesn't connect to the local host page. I uninstalled Skype. And http ://127.0.0.1 does work. The color of Wampserver is white. Please help.... thank you.

Thank you guys... I found the above from a previous problem solution and did this... and solved my problem.. ;-)
