Error with phpMyAdmin

Hi,
i have a problem with phpMyAdmin,
the message is the next:

Error

MySQL ha dicho: Documentación
#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
phpMyAdmin intentó conectarse con el servidor MySQL, y el servidor rechazó esta conexión. Deberá revisar el host, nombre de usuario y contraseña en config.inc.php y asegurarse que corresponden con la información provista por el administrador del servidor MySQL.

In english:
PhpMyAdmin it tried to connect with the server MySQL, and the server rejected this connection. It will have to check the host, user's name and password in config.inc.php and assure him that they correspond with the information provided by the manager of the server MySQL.

Someone knows where the file is: config.inc.php
