how to install php extentions?

Hello,
I want to install php extension (uploadprogres1.0.1) in WampServer 2.0. I've put dll file, compatibile with PHP 5.3, into ext directory and add to php.ini (which I can choose from WampServer menu) line: extension=php_uploadprogress.dll, but it still doesn't work (I can't see it in phpinfo()).
Maybe should I add sth more in config files of WampServer?

Make sure you restarting the Apache service after making any changes to the php.ini
