How to uninstall WampServer completely so that I can reinstall it?

I had installed WampServer a few months ago to play around with some Wordpress code. I got that all working fine, including installing Wordpress. Some time after that I had to reload Windows and tried to reinstall WampServer again, (not realizing that it was still on my system) and now I can't get the control panel to show up (where you set up the tables and all of that, the PHPMyAdmin page). I keep getting a login pop-up instead, and it doesn't recognize my username and password I created initially. I believe it's looking for the stuff I set up originally. I tried typing in 'root' with no luck. I didn't realize that all of those files were still on my system, and now I can't view the code locally or get to the admin page.

The WampServer icon in my system tray is yellow, not white. I think the problem is that I didn't successfully remove all of the old folders, which were relocated (I think?). I also tried deleting the WAMP folder off of my C drive, and then tried to reinstall the WampServer, but I'm still running into the same problem. I'm thinking I didn't get rid of everything.

I basically want to start over fresh and reinstall everything from scratch. This local server stuff is all new to me so please keep it as simple as possible. Thanks! Help is greatly appreciated.

Is that different from going the route of Add/Remove programs? What's up with icon being yellow instead of white in the system tray?

That didn't work. I'm still getting that 'page not found' and no admin panel. This is incredibly frustrating. Thanks anyway for taking the time to answer.

Yes, the icon is still yellow. I have a feeling you can help me, maybe it's something simple (hopefully).

No (at least search didn't find any such thing). My feeling is that it's looking at this old setup. If I could only get that Admin panel to appear.

After looking up this yellow icon issue, I found this:

[Tut] How to get the WampServer icon white instead of red or yellow!

1.Left click on your WampServer icon on bottom right.
2.Click Apache>Service> Test Port 80
3. A black window popup and shows if Port 80 is in use.
4. Uninstall the program that uses Port 80.
5.Restart or Reinstall WampServer, it should now work!

So then the black screen said this: Microsoft-IIS/5.1

So does this make any sense to you? I'm starting to get even more lost on the subject, lol.

Before I do this, I should tell you that I have a live site set up thru Dreamweaver. Is this going to screw up my ability to connect to that server?

So then if I uninstall this IIS thing I could have problems connecting to my current site's server? Yikes, do you think changing a port number or something might help?

Ok, well I made some progress. Just by changing that port number I got the little icon to turn white then I put in the address just like you said. YAY! So just to be sure, my other website will be fine? Can I email you if I ever get stuck again?
