PHP 5.3.1

I downloaded WampServer2-PHP531.exe and installed it, but PHP version 5.3.1 is not showing up in the list of php versions.

I need 5.3.1 because it has a bugfix for NTFS junction points that I really need.

Is there anything special I have to do to get 5.3.1 to show up?

Try right clicking the wamp tray icon and click Refresh. Now left click the wamp tray icon and choose PHP > PHP Version > PHP 5.3.1

Thanks for the quick response! Refresh did nothing and rebooting did nothing. I'm going to reinstall it to see if that will fix it.

Any particular reason that PHP 5.3.1 isn't integrated into the main WAMP download?

Reinstall fixed it. Not sure what the problem was.

I'm still curious why the latest release of WAMP doesn't use the latest versions of PHP, Apache or MySQL.

wamp2i was out around 7/09 while php5.3.1 just out recently winking smiley
