How to install mod_smtpd

I want to configure SMTP Localhost with my Apache Virtual Host. How can I install mod_smtpd in WAMP Server. Here is the link about mod_smtpd but download link is broken [httpd.apache.org]

you should join some other forums that support mail scripts or mail server
