wamp server is not starting

hi

after i click on the set up file to start wamp server normally at the task bar for the wamp icon it turns from red to white, however on my computer the color stops at yellow and due to this i am not able to use wamp

i have tried stop all services and start all services

can anyone please advice what i need to do to start wamp

Usually when its on Yellow it means one of the services hasnt started. Go through them and most likely its either Apache or MySQL that hasnt started.
