WampServer

Hey guys, i have been using WAMP for a long time now, and everything worked perfectly... Today with no changes made (its on my local computer so i know for sure) i get the following error:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

I have no idea what is the problem and why it happened.

Any help would be great.

Look at Apache's error log (left click WAMP tray icon and select Apache > Apache error log). Post the last ten lines from the log.

The problem I see is in the /web folder there is a configuration issue. Is there a file called .htaccess located in your your /web folder?

Is there a way to remove(as in not show) "PHP Notice" but still keep showing the "PHP Warnings" and "PHP Errors" from WAMP??

Yes you can set PHP error reporting to a lower level. Open your php.ini (left click WAMP tray icon and select PHP > PHP.ini)

Scroll down and find this line

error_reporting = E_ALL

And change it to

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

Save php.ini and restart the Apache service. Notices will no longer be displayed.

However you should fix your notice errors. It is no good just ignoring them.

Thanks, i will fix the more important ones, Those i want to ignore are the session notices. I sometimes start a session in the main file and in the file that is included to the main one... So i think its fine right?

If you have already called session_start() then you dont need to call it again in files that are being included. session_start should only be called once.
