howto make WAMP or LAMP backup server

Hi, I just wondering does anyone know how to set up WAMP or LAMP servers, baisicly I would like to make master / slave web servers in case if 1st stops 2nd come up with no time lose.


I'm using win 2k3 but It doesn't mater it could be linux as well (better ubuntu or debian)
