Apache HTTP Server has encountered a problem...

and must close.

So know what do I do? I cannot open WampServer!

They sure make it difficult for us non-tech types.

Can anyone help me?

I have Windows XP

do you have .htaccess file in www folder? if not, make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus nod32, eset ...
