Connect php dreamweaver form to the database

I'm developing a web based information system in php. Im using Wampserver2 and Dreamweaver CS3. I have created the database in the phpmyadmin. also created relevant forms in Dreamweaver.
Please tell me how can I connect the Dreamweaver form to the database.(I clicked "Windows" from the top menu in dreamweaver and then selected "databases" from the drop down menu. But in the small window which appears then on the left hand side the + mark is disabled.)
Please help me to connect to database.

You need to setup a new Site Definition (new project). Read up on Dreamweavers documentation for setting up Site Definitions.
