MYSQLI module not working

I have WAMP 2.0 installed, all seems to be working ok with the MYSQLI module as phpmyadmin lists it and works fine.
But when running a php script I keep getting an error, which I believe is link directly to the MYSQLI not beeing loaded.
I have check the PHP.INI file and the module is marked for loading (not commented out).
I have verified my code and I can't find any other issues.
Any other suggestions?

What is the error you're getting. Need more info to help you.
