WAMP 403 Forbiddden with Flex only

Hello,
I am running WAMPServer on my local machine, and then also on a remote desktop which I use as a webserver for certain tools. One of these tools I just built in Flex. On my local wampserver I can view the app fine, however when I place it on the WAMP on my other machine I get a 403 forbidden error "You don't have permission to access *filename* on this server. I can't access the entire directory in fact. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What files/folders are you moving from your local computer to your other computer.

The exact same ones I'm publishing on my WAMP server on my local machine, I'm moving to my other machine.
Basically, I Export a Release Build from Flex, I place all the files (not the bin-release folder, but all the files from it) on my WAMP www directory, in another directory, whcih works fine. I think take that entire directory and place it on my other machine.
