Windows 7 + WAMP, how to do it

I can't do it in any way :<

Tried checking that my user got full rights.

Tried unchecking the 80/467 box in Skype

Tried Giving Start wampserver permission in firewall



what else can i do to make phpMyAdmin work? =(

please help me, my work depends on it! don't wanna reinstall XP!

I have no problem to run it at all as seen here

so besides skype, make sure you don't have any other soft, mostly involving web/internet, that might block wamp;
