wamp5 1.7.3 ssl module

I am trying to install zen cart and get this error

CURL requires SSL support. Please notify webmaster or hosting company. 7

I tryed to enable apache module ssl but then the web server wont restart.


What needs to be done?

Are there any features in windows server 2008 that can be turend of to minimize the overal server load?

and is there a guide for seting up a second domain on wamp or a subdomain?
