Error 404.0

I installed Wampserver a couple of days ago and it worked well, I was able to view my creations on the localhost. Today I tried it and got an error, nothing has changed that I know of.

This is the error I am getting:

Most likely causes:
The directory or file specified does not exist on the Web server.
The URL contains a typographical error.

You have IIS running. WAMP and IIS cannot be used at the same time.

You'll have to configure WAMP to use a different port or stop IIS whilst you use WAMP.
