Hello,

Got a problem here which i can't figure it out why. I believe my port 8080 is somehow being block by something.

I got a working Localhost:8080 when i using the wamp in my HOME laptop. But when i try to set up WAMP in my office using 8080 also, it is not working (got a 3/4 yellow and 1/4 white icon in my tray. I even copy the whole folder of wamp from my home laptop and paste it into my Office wamp folder. It still fail. When i install a fresh copy of wamp in my office using default setting (port 80), it working nicely. But i need to change to port 8080 because i have to use iis in my computer too to run ASP.

So i conclude something is blocking my port 8080. I off my window firewall and got a symantec endpoint protection AV in both my office and home laptop. I didn't do any setting in my HOME symantec endpoint firewall and wamp work fine so i assume i dont have to do any setting in my office laptop too. Can anyone help? Below are the error from my IE brower.

I give up on 8080, now i switch it to port 81 and it is working fine.

Anyway i using netstat -aon to check my status. It appear some other thing is using 8080 which i dont know what is it. Btw does MS SQL 2008 access to those porting too?
