Can't Access My Projects

When I try to access my project in Localhost, I get this error:

Unable to open WampServer's config file, please change path in index.php file

What do I need to change, where and to what? Obviously, I am new to WAMP. Thanks in advance for your help.

That didn't help. Am I supposed to add anything to my Project's index file to point to something?
