Yes, I am having a problem, Please Help.

OK, i followed the guide the one about getting your server onto the World Wide Web, and i still cant get my server to connect on any other computer everything the guide said i did, i have my firewalls disabled.

The one on the main site here um i get this when i go to my php my amdin.
phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.
