WampServer

you know where Internet Explorer is intalled, so why do I have to look for it every time I want to set it as my default browser?! FireFux is teh shit, and not a good way.

Hello, Do you mean as default browser for wamp??

If so, go to the /wamp/ folder and open wampmanager.conf in a text editor.

[main]
language = english
status = "offline"
wampserverVersion = 2.0
wampserverLastKnown = 2.0
installDir = c:/wamp
navigator = C:\Program Files\Opera 9.5\opera.exe
defaultLanguage = english

Change the navagator line 6 above to:
navigator = C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

To make IE your system wide browser:
Open Internet Explorer
On the top toolbar, select Tools > Internet Options
Click the "Programs" tab
Place a check mark in the box: "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser"
Click OK and close Internet Explorer
Next reopen Internet Explorer, a box will appear saying "Internet Explorer is no longer your default browser, would you like to make it your default?"
Click "Yes"
