problem with images script

hi
the error is put images from my compu with this script

<img src = include (file"C:\Documents and Settings\iozk\Escritorio\oscar/kan.jpeg"winking smiley;>

or so bad?
is <html> or <?php >
<html>
code image
</html>

is confusing
tanks

and the text i want change te text 'arial' to 'comic sans MS'

OMG!!!

You should google for free html and php ebook and start from there
