Some errors accessing localhost

I have some problems accessing my localhost using my web browser (Firefox 2).
It prompts me to enter username and password for localhost authentication. After I clicked on cancel, another message pops up, prompting me to enter username and password for my domain.
Does this due to the latest wampserver downloads?
EDIT: Apparently it has something to do with my IIS FTP configuration. Any help on this matter will be appreciated.
