Problem whit MySQL - password

Hi !
I have a little problem. How to change password for MySQL.
I try this [guides.jlbn.net] but it didn't work.
I see this [www.postimage.org] and i can't do anything. Please help me.

Take out password from file config.inc.php in folder myphpadmin and restart from the first step
