Russian LANG file =P

Hi everyone!
I've just finished russian lang file. You can download this file there:
[unreal-world.ru]
then put it into your %wamp%\lang\ directory and refresh lang list in right-click menu.

I hope that file will be added to base package of wamp ^^

Rus lang file in package is with broken encoding....
