Securing WAMP for online use

Does anyone have a checklist of things to look over to secure WAMP for online use? Like securing PHP, MySQL and Apache? I know WAMP wasn't intended for online use but I haven't had success getting all 3 of those to work without using WAMP.

Depends on apps that you use, and different app has different mod for security; for general, you can implement mod_security, mod_private, so on
