i can't load file from win server 2003

hi all
i had wamp in win xp and that work exactly but when moved my wamp to win 2003 server i can't load image and etc files from server, but when logon locally on the server load all images and etc files

What do you mean "move"? Do you install new wamp on 2k3 or just copy and paste folder wamp?

i install wamp then copy database to directory
that's work when i logon locally on the server and type in the browser //localhost i think this problem from windows firewall but i don't know from where because open html s and all links but don't load images

You should back up the database from one system and restore it to the other. MySQL Administrator is very good for this.

Other than that, you need to check your virtual host settings.
