Help installing WampServer

I'm on www.en.wampserver.com page. There 3 steps:
On (1)
Download the latest release of Wampserver 2.0
On (2)
Optionally add as much Apache, PHP and MySQL releases as you want
On (3)
Work with a development environment that reproduces exactly your production server
I went to (1) to download. How to install it? Do i need to download and then install it? Could you please show me the steps to install it?
