Auto Username Add to SQL

Another query.

I make a user on the Zpanel.

In the earlier version on WAMP, The user would automatically be added to the SQL database but, in this new version it isn’t added.

Is this a problem with the SQL or WAMP? Or just a screw up in the Zpanel?

zpanel has its own mysql and phpmyadmin; therefore, you can't find that db in mysql comes w/ wamp
