I just dowloaded the WampServer and I tried to start it...but I won't start. Help?????

Do you have any soft in this list: IIS, Skype, Zone Alarm, NOD32, Eset, Internet Optimizer, Google Accelerator, any other web server or database server?

yes i do have those soft so do you think thats the reason y my wamp did not work at my pc?
