The lowest number you can set for port forward is 192.168.0.2, not 192.168.0.1, so there should never has a conflict there except you set it wrong

nope no settings are wrong like i said 192.168.0.1 is used by my netgear router DG834GT.

i can login in to my router on any pc on my network using 192.168.0.1

as stated on this page [kbserver.netgear.com]

it states that loging in to the router requires either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

mine is set ot 192.168.0.1 even if i change it to 192.168.0.10 i fire wamp up connect to my dyndns.com account & i still get the login page 4 my router.

It seems you don't get it, so just post the ip you're using for forward port here
