putting domain name into wampserver 2.0

hi every bod i am new to wampserver i have put it on my pc to try and host a site of my own but i think i need a domain name for the server? if so i dont no how to put a domain name into the server any help or info on how to do this will help please thanks billbod 50

hi bilbod. yes u need a domain name which will cost about 7euro

other then that u can get every thing u need for free.



you dont actually put the domain into ur server,,,


you get some domain name server on the internet to change the domain to your ip address
then it will connect...


first of all - do you know if you have a static ip ? and is port 80 allowed to be used by ur interent comany?
